Not Just Sushi
Although many refer to Bambu simply as the “sushi place”, there is certainly more to this restaurant than just sushi. Bambu offers 15 different sushi rolls from the well-known California Roll, to the more exotic Hot Shrimp & Cauliflower Roll. That said, Bambu also offers nearly 60 other options to choose from. Asian food is as varied as Asian cultures, so we invite you to keep coming back to try new dishes for a unique experience every time.
You Hook It, We Cook It
All Los Sueños Marina Village restaurants offer to cook your fresh caught fish and Bambu is no exception. Bring your fish in and our chefs will prepare it a variety of ways – teriyaki, panko breaded, spicy tuna – you name it and they will bring the flavors. Choose from a wide variety of accompaniments and side dishes for a meal that won’t soon be forgotten.

We try to eat here each time we are in Los Suenos. The food is good but a bit on the pricy side. We had sushi, spring rolls and Pad Thai with shrimp. Food was excellent and the view is worth it.
My wife and I decided we needed to back off a little on the amount of food we were eating on the trip so Sushi filled the bill nicely. The restaurant has a wonderful view of the marina with hundreds of beautiful yachts and sportsfishers. Service was excellent and friendly.
